GLO: How to Get 3GB for N500 on Glo weekend plan

The grand masters of data are at it again. This time they promise to make it big and all encompassing although it is meant for those who are ready to join the Watch Night Club.

But you know what, Midnight browsing is gradually taking the place of Midnight calls. Instead of calls, people now do more of chatting.
One good thing about this data plan is that you can use it for 7 nights and the time frame is 00:00 - 5:00am, unlike Airtel that shuts the gate by 4:00am. In the real sense of it, the actual amount for the data is N400 since you will be given N100 after subscription.

This is how to do it:
- Dial *777# 
- Reply with 1 (Data services)
- Reply with 1 (Buy Data)
- Reply with 7 (Night and Weekend plans)
- Reply with 2 (N500 = 3GB for Sat and Sun. + N100 airtime for 7 Nights). 

You are good to go.

GLO: How to browse & download for FREE unlimited

Hello Everyone...Today I bring to you another way to access the internet free of charge. This is because of late, Airtel has been misbehaving. They reduced their 20GB data plan for N200 to 200MB. As if that was not enough, they increased the tariff for our watch night data plan from N50 to N200.

Today we are will be looking at HOW TO BROWSE FREE WITH N0.00 ON GLO using UC Browser.



HERE ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Download the UC Browser Handler.apk HERE (this is for android devices)
2. Install the app and configure it as follows:
- Front Query = redirect.glo.com
- Middle Query = %3a@redirect.glo.com
- Tick = Remove Port
- Proxy Type = Real Host 
- Proxy Server = redirect.glo.com
- Real Proxy Type = Default
3. Click SAVE and start browsing.

For other devices like Java and Symbian phones, please GOOGLE the handlers compatible with your OS, download, configure and use. Also help others by sharing the link to the handler you downloaded and your device type.

Carefully configure this, use it and share your testimonies. Remember to share with friends also.

SAD: Airtel increases Night Browsing from N50 to N200 for 1.5GB

Airtel has always shown themselves to be unstable. They sometime ago came up unlimited night browsing and before you know it, they removed it.
 They replaced it with this plan so as to make for the one they removed which is not that bad, only for them now to increase the tariff.
What is their problem? Do they feel cheated? Someone please answer me...

Did you also know that the 20GB mega bomb Social plan was slashed down to 200MB barely a week ago?

Father of fluctuation, if you are not ready just go and park very well.
 
As it is now, the other plan was not changed as you can still buy 500MB for N25 but if you think Airtel has not done any strange thing as Etisalat has been selling theirs for N200 then remain glued to it, otherwise you can migrate and teleport to MTN Watch-night data plan which gives you 500MB for N25.

So next time don't fight with your phone, just know that unstable Airtel is responsible.
