NEW!!! UNIPORT POST UTME 2019: Cut-off Mark, Eligibility, Registration details and Screening date

The University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State has announced the date for her Post UTME registration, Cut-off mark, registration details and screening date for prospective students for 2019/2020 academic session.

The Cut-off is pegged at 180. Although JAMB as placed the minimum cut-off for universities at 160, schools have the choice to either go with that or go a little higher as far as they are not going against JAMB's instruction.

The cost for the registration is N2, 000.00. Mind you, this excludes bank charges, service charge and what have you. This fee is what the university requires from every student. Cafe owners and others might charge as much as N3, 500.00 and above for the service rendered.

The closing date is midnight, 20th August 2019 and the screening exercise is slated for 26th - 31st August, 2019.

Based on the above details, the University invites candidates who chose the school as their first choice and scored 180 above in the just concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, to apply for the POST-UTME screening examination for admission into the school.

To register, candidates are expected to log into UNIPORT POST-UTME 2019 to process the form. If it is the first time that the candidate is visiting the portal, he/she is expected to create a new account as a NEW USER. 

REQUIREMENT:
1. JAMB Registration number (this can be gotten from the candidate's JAMB slip)
2. Email (I would advise that candidates use their JAMB email addresses)
3. Password (also use your JAMB password)
4. Phone number (use the JAMB phone number except you no longer have access to that number)
5. Click CREATE.

Note that payments can only be made in banks with Remita facilities like UBA, First Bank, EcoBank, Fidelity Bank etc.

After creating the account, you will be expected to log in and fill the form proper. Carefully fill the form, submit and print a clear copy of the Screening Slip.
